WHO ARE WE?

We’re Kellie and Sara- two netball lovers who teamed up to create a smarter, more flexible way for coaches to manage game day.

 

Sara has been coaching for nearly a decade, often managing multiple teams each season. Now the Coaching Coordinator at Ormond Netball Club, she’s experienced the chaos of game day – from last-minute player absences to constant position changes – and the frustration of trying to keep it all organised with pen and paper.

 

Kellie brings a wealth of netball experience from both on and off the court. A long-time player, volunteer, and proud supporter of grassroots sport, she and Sara connected through junior netball and quickly discovered their mutual love for the game and a shared creative drive. 

 

The idea for our boards came from real side-line frustration: messy team lists scribbled on paper, constant cross-outs, and no easy way to keep track of who played where and when – let alone reuse anything the following week.

 

So we started designing. We trialled everything from velcro dots to laminated tokens, and went through multiple board versions before landing on what we believe is the ultimate netball coaching tool.
